Taste: decidedly soft in the mouth, with a good flavour and sweetness and with no acidity and bitterness.
Smell: a product of a certain olfactory intensity. Aromatic notes of spices, vegetable and freshness stand out, accompanied by light aromas of flowers, fresh and dried fruit.

In the kitchen

Combine with soft and rather sweet cheeses such as stracchino or robiola. Even a squacquerone pairs well and enhances the taste of Culatello without covering it. Try it also with Parmigiano Reggiano flakes aged 12 months.
