SPEZZATINO (Steam-cooked Pork Stew)
Our “Siamo cotti per te!” Spezzatino is a delicious and easy-to-prepare product.
After removing it from the refrigerator, simply regenerate the sealed product in boiling water for 5 minutes for the small pack or 10 minutes for the large pack, in order to soften the meat. Once the regeneration is over, open the aluminum bag and massage the product to separate the pieces of the stew. At this point, it is already possible to serve the stew as it is but, of course, it is also possible to accompany it with cooked vegetables regenerating them together with the meat for a few minutes in a pan over low heat or in a microwave at 650W for 2-3 minutes.
A quick dish to serve but that will let you remember grandma’s meals.
