Our “Siamo cotti per te!” ragout EXTRAGÙSTO is a versatile product with a delicate flavour, which can give an extra touch to your dishes.The steam-cooking respectful of the raw materials and the few natural ingredients added allow this ragout to be used as it is or customised with sauces or other ingredients to taste.

A line of quick and easy to prepare products designed for gastronomy and catering

Thanks to its versatility, our EXTRAGUSTO ragout is the perfect ally to prepare a lot of different recipes in a short time: from a simple traditional pasta to everything that your imagination can suggest you! To regenerate our ragout we recommend:

In a saucepan: over low heat with a lid for about 10 minutes, once extracted from the bag

In a microwave oven: at 650W for about 3-5 minutes (depending on the size of the product), once extracted from the bag

In a pot: immerse the sealed product in a pot full of boiling water for about 5-10 minutes ( depending on the size of the product)
