“Siamo cotti per te!” is Salumificio Aurora’s range of quick and easy to prepare products specifically thought both for deli counter and food service. The lowest common denominator? A gentle cooking which respects raw materials thanks to steam and low temperature. The added value? The high quality of selected raw materials to which we add only few simple ingredients and a pinch of technology.

All products in the line are preservative-, gluten- and lactose-free.

PUNTINE (Pork Ribs)

Our “Siamo cotti per te!” pork ribs are a ready-made second course, which can also be customised to taste. Delicious and easy to prepare, they can be regenerated in several ways.

Once removed from the refrigerator and opened the aluminum bag, just dab dry them with kitchen paper and place them in a baking dish, regenerating them in a traditional oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes or in a microwave or combined oven at 650W for about 5 minutes. Otherwise, you can place the ribs directly on a grill pan or on an electric grill or bbq, until you get the desired browning. In this case, the product can be previously sprinkled with oil to prevent sticking.

Our ribs are now ready to be served, but to make them tastier you can warm up and add the sauce inside the bag as a seasoning.

To obtain a customised product, simply sprinkle them with rub or with beer and rosemary before cooking or glaze them with BBQ sauce or honey during cooking.

Cooked plainly or not, our “Siamo cotti per te!” ribs are the perfect allies in the kitchen!
