Ragout EXTRAGÙSTO

Our “Siamo cotti per te!” ragout EXTRAGÙSTO is a versatile product with a delicate flavour, which can give an extra touch to your dishes.

Stored in the refrigerator, it can be regenerated in several ways, without ever losing its juiciness.

For a quick regeneration we recommend extracting the product from the aluminum bag and warming it up in a saucepan with lid over low heat for about ten minutes, customising it to taste.

Or, you can place it in a small baking dish and warm it up in a microwave oven at 650W for about 3-5 minutes depending on the chosen size.

For a slower regeneration, we recommend immersing the still-bagged product in a pot with boiling water to soften the meat. After about 5-10 minutes depending on the size, you can extract the product from the pot and proceed with the opening of the aluminium bag. The product is now ready to be used, simply breaking it up with the help of a fork, but it can also be poured into a pan to customise it to taste.

Once the regeneration is over, you can use our ragout to prepare loads of different recipes: from a simple traditional pasta to everything that your imagination can suggest you!
