“Siamo cotti per te!” is Salumificio Aurora’s range of quick and easy to prepare products specifically thought both for deli counter and food service. The lowest common denominator? A gentle cooking which respects raw materials thanks to steam and low temperature. The added value? The high quality of selected raw materials to which we add only few simple ingredients and a pinch of technology.

PULLED PORK
Our “Siamo cotti per te!” Pulled Pork is a versatile product, whose tastiness can be maximised in many different ways!
Preparing it is very simple. Once removed from the refrigerator, simply open the aluminum bag and place the meat in a plate or in a baking dish to regenerate it for 15-20 minutes in a traditional oven at 180°C or for 6-7 minutes in a microwave at 650W. It can also be regenerated still bagged in a pot in boiling water for 15-20 minutes or heated in a non-stick pan once pulled.
Once the regeneration is over, it’s time to pull the the meat, which is ready to be served, but we recommend indulging in the kitchen by exploiting it in new and original combinations such as this creative and tasty version of a chili we randomly made at home. Bon appétit!
